The unwritten rules can take a lifetime to understand.Based on working with hundreds of Indian consultants over a 30-year period, it combines elements of emotional intelligence and consulting skills and is designed to lift the veil and explain these hidden rules. It provides a practical step-by-step framework, following the phases of a typical IT project.The course contains an introduction, followed by five phases:1.
