Kiara’s return in ‘Don 3’, Priyanka’s surprise revealed

Don 3 is one of the most awaited Bollywood films, which has been facing delays for a long time due to various reasons. Now a new report has emerged regarding the film, which claims that all the details have been finalized and filmmaker Farhan Akhtar is now planning to start shooting for this action thriller film by January 2026.
While there were reports that Kiara Advani would no longer be a part of the film due to her pregnancy, it now seems that she has decided to rejoin the film. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, sources close to the film have said that yes, it has been delayed but nothing can be done about it now. Ranveer Singh, who replaced Shah Rukh Khan in the franchise, faced a wave of online trolling for his ‘daring’ to replace King Khan. Ranveer also needed time to prepare physically and mentally for the role, which requires rigorous martial arts training.
The sources further said that ‘After this, Kiara Advani, who was signed to replace Priyanka Chopra as the female lead, became pregnant, along with this, Farhan also became very busy with his film ‘120 Bahadur’ in which he is playing the role of Major Shaitan Singh, which will be released on November 21, 2025. He said that ‘Now the makers plan to start shooting in January and the film is targeted to be released by December 2026, but the bigger news is that the makers are planning a big surprise and there is a possibility that Priyanka Chopra may return to the Don franchise. Interestingly, after ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, Ranveer and Vikrant Massey will be seen together in Don 3 after a long time, both of them had also shared screen space in Vikram Aditya Motwane’s Lootera in 2013.
