Eat fruits to reduce cholesterol

The harmful fat or cholesterol present in the fruit has become a global epidemic.

However, the consumption of some fruits and vegetables has been shown to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, which causes heart disease. Many of these fruits are around us. These fruits are rich in natural ingredients, polyphenols, fibers and other important minerals.
Fiber particles reach the intestines and stick to cholesterol and prevent it from entering the blood. The names of these seven fruits are:


An apple a day;

Then there are many types of fatty acids found in it. In addition, fiber, potassium and vitamin C are also found in abundance.

Berries;

Consumption of strawberries, blueberries, cranberries and grapes belonging to this genus can play an important role in reducing cholesterol. Be sure to eat a cup of berries daily as they are rich in antioxidants.
Blackberries, like other berries, protect the heart and contain a large amount of soluble fiber. Juicy and strawberries can directly reduce cholesterol.

Grapefruit, Oranges, and Grapefruit;

Citrus fruits, oranges, cantaloupes, and grapefruits are called citrus fruits. They are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that protect the heart.
The soluble fiber in these fruits lowers cholesterol, which has also been scientifically proven.

Grapes;

Grapes contain soluble fiber and antioxidants that play a very important role in lowering cholesterol. Grapes also contain a chemical, resveratrol, which keeps the heart healthy.

Pomegranate;

Pomegranate has many benefits because there is evidence that it can control blood pressure and is beneficial for the heart.

Lemon;

Lemon quenches thirst, is a friend of the digestive system and is also a treasure trove of vitamin C. The valuable ingredients present in it play an important role in reducing cholesterol. Even one lemon contains up to 40 mg of vitamin C. Therefore, do not give up the use of lemon because it keeps the blood thin and improves its flow.
