If the elderly in the family experience memory loss along with symptoms of moodiness and irritability, the main reason for this could be Alzheimer’s disease. This is the most common disease found in older people. In which the mood becomes irritable and irritable. In common parlance, this is also called “sadness”, meaning a sudden negative stress in the mood with aging. This condition was first described in 1906 by psychiatrist Dr. Alois Alzheimer, hence the name Alzheimer’s. Early symptoms of Alzheimer’s include memory loss, difficulty with daily routines, irritability, aggression, and sudden changes in mood.
As the disease progresses, symptoms such as difficulty speaking, increased memory loss, and severe difficulty recognizing people and objects begin to appear. Gradually, a person’s control over their physical organs begins to decrease. Unfortunately, there is no cure for Alzheimer’s. The most that can be done for Alzheimer’s patients is to take complete mental and physical care of them. In which more attention should be paid to their mental comfort, that is, avoiding unnecessary distractions and increasing mental stress, as well as taking care of their balanced diet, rest, and exercise.
